Invitation to a Pilgrimage to Ekaterinburg in July 2020

ROYAL DAYS PILGRIMAGE – Ekaterinburg 2020!

With the blessing of His Eminence, Metropolitan Hilarion, the First Hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, Fr Vladimir Boikov is organising the second ROCOR Pilgrimage to Ekaterinburg for the Royal Days celebrations.

The pilgrimage will be led by His Grace, Bishop Irinei of London and will run between 6-19 July 2020. The following significant feast days will be celebrated during the trip:

  • Nativity of St John the Baptist (the Diocesan Cathedral Patronal Feast),
  • Sts Peter and Fevronia,
  • The Tihkvin Icon (Patronal Feast of the New Tihkvin Icon Convent),
  • The Royal Family’s Troeruchitsa Icon (Παναγία Τριχερούσα),
  • Sts Peter and Paul
  • The Royal Martyrs, including the Royal Cross Procession
  • Sts Elisabeth and Barbara

The Centenary Pilgrimage held in 2018 was very successful and it is anticipated that this pilgrimage will be just as favourable with a maximum spiritual benefit for all pilgrims on the Russian Golgotha. This is a pilgrimage of PRAYER with 9 Hierarchical Liturgies in 12 days which is dedicated to The Great Podvig of the Royal Family.

If you are interested, please email Fr Vladimir on ASAP for the necessary information. The registration deadline will close on 29 February 2020 and spaces are limited, so please hurry.
