Family Dinner and Film Night
to raise funds for the rebuilding of
Saint John the Baptist Skete
to be held at 6.00 pm on Sunday 3 June 2007
at the Church Hall, Holy Protection Russian Orthodox Church, 136 John Street, Cabramatta

Ticket price includes main course of roast beef, chicken, ham and salads, then dessert, tea or coffee. (Wine, beer and soft drinks will be on sale). Door prizes + Raffle + beeswax candles made at the Skete for sale + full length movie.

Adults $30.00 – Children (under 12) $15.00 – Under 5’s free

N.B. Tickets WILL NOT be available at the door – tickets must be purchased prior to the night by 28 May.

His Grace Archbishop Hilarion will introduce the award winning Russian film OCTROB – The Island – a story of sin and repentance. ENGLISH SUBTITLES

This is an opportunity for you to help rebuild the Skete as originally envisaged by His Grace the late Archbishop Savva and to assist Father Joachim in the English language mission of our Diocese.
